What I've been up to...
Client Profile: Snowdog Arctic Adventure is a company based in Kiruna, Sweden, offering dog sledding, snow-mobile tours, ice fishing, aurora hunting and various customised tours. The goal of this project was to organise, reposition and develop the business.
Project stakeholders: the owner, volunteers, tourist agencies, booking provider, customers
Achievements: 50% increase in bookings; 4X increase in scope of services; 10X stronger social media impact; “super host on Airbnb” whole year around; “Nr. 1 on Trip Advisor for all outdoor activities in greater Kiruna area” through the entire year 2022; significant infrastructure, safety and functionality upgrades; various efficiency improvements.
Deliverables & services provided: a new web site, new services designed and introduced, presence on various social media platforms significantly improved, content created and delivered daily, booking system restructured, new connections with business partners established, internal on-site management procedures restructured and optimised, daily operations managed, customer relations on-line and in-person managed on a daily basis, created substantial amount of footage for active and future business project (see above).

Client Profile: Juno Reactor, a UK-based trance music group known for their cinematic fusion of electronic, global influences, and orchestral symphonic approach, including co-composing for the scores of The Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions.
Project stakeholders: owner, artists, promoters, agents, licence holders, music labels, publishing houses, digital distributors, lawyers. accountant, fan community
Achievements: 70 musical event performances on 5 continents organised and delivery assured, independently obtained more than half of them; a new record label prepared; a historic repository of several hundred music pieces from the last 40 years created.
Deliverables & services provided:
Promotion: new website created and launched; promotional visuals (graphics and photo) produced, live filming performed and implemented in social media streams; visuals for the first NFT project of the artist created; a VR world for the launch event of the NFT created; various on-line fan events organised; product- and label brands managed.
Tour management: provided choreographed stage management at 6 larger events (30.000+) and assured video, photo and live stream content on other events; performed travel and equipment-transport logistics, visa and permission management for an ensemble of up to 18 performers from 8 different countries; drew up contracts and licenses, negotiated financial, technical and logistical conditions and procedures for all events and enforced the implementation of the agreed conditions.
Commercial & Artist management: Establishing a new record label; researched and arranged transfer to a new digital distributor, established regular contract-based business relationships with promoters; performed an in-depth assessment of cooperation with different labels during the last 30 years and retrieved unpaid royalties and eliminated license exploitation; enforced legal obligations of third parties, enforced copyright.
