In a world oversaturated with meaningless content, recycled advertisements and manipulative tactics, I find fulfilment in collaborating with qualitative businesses and individuals who take pride in their skills and services, who inspire me, and with whom I can genuinely align my values.

Despite the below information perhaps being a little overwhelming, feel free to ask me about any part of it and I will be happy to give you real-life examples and perhaps an anecdote or two about the "behind the scenes" reality of this work.

Tourism Industry

I enjoy crafting and organizing captivating activities and tours through analysis, research and negotiation with local providers and authorities, implementing seamless processes on location through creative problem-solving. My expertise extends to setting up and managing booking systems, incorporating diverse tours, activities, and accommodations across various online platforms, and developing an engaging website. My dedication to customer care ensures personalised attention to custom requests and day-to-day customer interaction and care, while captivating potential clients with daily compelling on-location content on social media and booking pages. I use my skills in graphic design, photography, and videography to enhance the visual appeal of the tours, and sending clients away with invaluable memories.
Furthermore, I am adept at
negotiating and onboarding external agencies and third-party providers, handling contract drafting and administrative tasks with a german-japanese attention to detail. It inspires me to embrace location-specific responsibilities such as equipment and infrastructure maintenance, animal care, animal training and any other task which allows me to keep learning and optimising. With a holistic approach to tourism management, I contribute to the success and unforgettable experiences for both businesses and travellers.

"Sanja came to join us towards the end of Winter, and we still had enough snow to enjoy a little Dog Sledding and some Snowmobile adventures. From her arrival, Sanja was enthusiastic and enamoured by our Huskies. She soon became one of the pack, and you could always find her somewhere with some of our dogs, grooming, playing, and generally spending quality time with them.

As we learned more surrounding Sanja's extensive skillset, she was able to offer much more than only caring for the dogs. Her photography, graphic design and video editing skills were a real blessing for us. Coupled with a firm understanding of Social Media Marketing, it produced an array of encapsulating media for us, which we continue to use as it has made significant results.

When Sanja was with us, we built the framework for our clients' elaborate, high-end tours from Lapland to Lofoten. She has contributed to many stages of planning and executing these sometimes complex and involved excursions, which continue to benefit our clients and us immensely.

We also had significant issues with our booking system and its integration into the website (which Sanja also rebuilt for us! :)). She assisted in guiding us through an intricate web of technology resulting in a successful restructure and organisational refit, resulting in many antiquated silos back in motion.

Overall, she is a kind, warmhearted and conscientious person with a strong and knowledgable work ethic, second to none. She can start working at 4 am or finish working at 4 am. She will try her best if something is interesting, beneficial, and worthwhile doing. The results for us were compelling. However, please don't ask her to cook :)"

As an artist manager, I excel in strategic and creative consulting, providing comprehensive support to help artists thrive in the music industry. My expertise in tour and stage management ensures seamless events and unforgettable experiences, having overseen activities in over 25 countries. Additionally, my proficiency in graphic design and social media marketing (and management) enhances artists' visibility, boosting their reach to wider audiences. On the administrative front, I am well-versed in license and contract drafting, skillfully negotiating with external parties in the TV, film, sync, and event industries. Dealing with copyright infringement and navigating digital music platforms, I safeguard artists' work and secure fair royalties. But most of all - beside the traveling - it inspires me to help artists on their unusual and creative ventures, implementing new and unique approaches while navigating the ever changing landscape of the music and entertainment industry.
